We took the girls to get their hair cut yesterday at a special hair salon for kids. Elijah provided the cheap entertainment.

Rebekah had taken scissors to her hair a few weeks ago, so we had her stylist take about 4 inches off to even it all out. We think it looks really cute & suits Rebekah well. We have such adorable girls!






It was Joanna's first time! Unfortunately (or fortunately?), she fell asleep on the drive there.

The stylist said that she could still do the haircut while Joanna was sleeping, so we went for it. She only had a little bit taken off the back, but was pretty confused when she woke up back in the van with a ribbon in her hair, and no recollection of the episode at all!

I put Rachel down for a little tummy time on the floor to strengthen her arms. She played for a few moments then rolled over and fell asleep.

Notice the nice blanket? My mom made it. It is a huge king-sized crocheted blanket. It keeps my baby safe from our hard tile floors and now it is also her bed.

I brought out the camera to take a picture of how well Rachel is sitting up. Right when she saw the camera, her face lit up and was she was very happy to have her picture taken.
