Let it snow in the mountains and we San Diegans will go visit it. In honor of Mike having to work extra hours at the office, Les and kids went to the mountains to visit the snow.

The Mother of All Road Trips is over. We are finally home. Our square foot garden gave us a little surprise. Don't mind on the pine needles, there are very ripe and ready tomatoes for us!


We had to unload our living room, since we brought in all bikes before our trip.


We had wonderful hosts along the way, but your own bed is always the best


Mike had to clean off the layers of bugs from the roof top carrier.

Leaving Traci's & John's was beginning of several hard long drives. We went from Austin, TX to El Paso, TX. (Texas is huge!). After El Paso, we drove through New Mexico and Arizona to arrive in Leslie's hometown of Blythe, CA (where we didn't take any pictures - sorry, Mom & Dad!).





Traci's little A wanted "Doggie Ears" like our little girls, so she got them! So did the dog.
