(by Leslie) Rebekah has been showing a lot of responsibility in taking care of herself, so after a year or so of talking about it, we allowed her to get her ears pierced! She & I had a "mama date": we went to the mall & picked out her earrings, got her ears pierced (she did great!), went to the nail salon & got pedicures, and then went out to lunch! Our little girl is growing up, and we are very proud of her!
